RETURN POLICY

We hope that you’re delighted with your purchase! However, if you wish to return or exchange it for any reason, please send non-embroidered item(s) back to us with tags attached, and in original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Items that have been washed, worn or embroidered cannot be returned. Due to high seasonal demand and limited quantities, all holiday prints must be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.

Covid-19 Bulk Order Refund Policy: Until further notice, any order over 300 units placed after February 29th, 2020 will not be eligible for refunds.

Depending on the method you use to send the item(s) back to us, it can take up to 7-10 business days for us to receive your return. Upon receiving the item(s), we process all returns within 3 business days.

Return or exchange merchandise bought through the Uniform Advantage Catalog or UniformAdvantage.com may only be returned to the address listed below.

International customers are only eligible for returns as we are unable to process exchange orders at this time.


Receiving your Refund

You will receive a full refund for the cost of the product based on your original payment method (i.e., check or credit card). Original or return postage is not refundable. If you have placed your order with a credit card, please allow 5 to 10 business days for a refund to appear on your credit card statement. If you paid by check, your refund check will be sent to you via first-class mail.

Once your items are returned, you will receive an email notification.


Easy Returns & Exchanges – U.S. Customers

  • Please fill out the return section located on the back of your invoice that was included within your original package.

  • Ensure the form is filled out completely and enclose it with the item(s) you are returning or exchanging. For other options please see below.

Exchange Order Options

  • Our U.S. shoppers have two options for completing an exchange order with UA.

    • Option 1) Order your exchange items today by placing a new order that includes FREE Shipping!

      Place a new order for your exchange item(s) online now, rather than waiting until we receive your return package. Your exchange order can ship free, please locate the invoice that was included within your original order. On the front of that invoice, we have included a onetime use source code. This code must be entered within the cart page to secure your free shipping offer.

    • Option 2) Send your exchange request with your returned items.

      Please fill out the return section located on the back of your invoice that was included within your original package. Ensure the form is filled out completely and enclose it with the item(s) you are exchanging.

  • International customers are only eligible for returns as we are unable to process exchange orders at this time. For return details please see below.

How to Ship Your Return or Exchange Back

  • Option A) $8.99 UPS Easy Return Label included in your package for the 48 Contiguous U.S. states Shopper only:

    You can ship your package by utilizing the UPS return label enclosed in your package (Cost is $8.99)

    • The $8.99 cost for using the Return Label will be deducted from the amount of the credit you receive for your refund or exchange, for 1 to 5 items. If you have more than 5 items, please ship the items via a carrier of your choice.
    • If additional payment is required, please include a check with your return/exchange items.
    • Can't locate your original invoice? Please follow one of the links below to print out a return label. $8.99 will be deducted from the amount you are returning.

  • Option B) Send via Insured Mail – Carrier of your choice:

International Returns

Please see Return Policy above. Please note that International orders are not eligible for refunded shipping and may not use our Easy Return Label option that is included within your original package.

At this time, we are unable to process an exchange order for international customers. However, you can always place a new order.

Duties, taxes and original shipping charges are not refundable.
