- Order processing automatically begins once all updates are complete. Our estimated completion date is 12/15. You will receive your customized order confirmation at that time.
- Please note that your order will still require some time to finalize once processing resumes on 12/15. Orders, exchanges and returns will process in the order they were received.
- You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order ships.
- Shipping & Processing time may average 8-15 business days during this time.
While our system is unable to generate the customized Order Confirmation email with your order number and shipping date that we normally send to you, rest assured: we have received your order. (To prevent duplicate shipments, please do not resubmit your order.)
