The insoles are made of a cushion of dense foam that is soft and durable, reducing the "break-in" period with built-in orthotic-like arch, heel, and metatarsal support and improving comfort by dispersing body weight evenly. They also feature a roomy toe box that allows for improved motion and minimizes the possibility of blisters. The durable PU rocking bottoms give wearers a "bouncy" stride which can improve posture and lead to decreased leg and lower back pain. The anti-slip outsole is highly rated. Heel height is 2".
